Killer Hearts (Houston, TX)

"Killer Hearts are a searing rock n roll band from Houston. - These guys are impressive to see live and they have the rock 'n' roll power."-David Garrick, Free Press Houston

The Royal Hounds (Nashville, TN)

Nashville staple Derek Hoke said it best, "There is no one in Nashville doing what The Royal Hounds are doing."  Likely one of the most original bands in Nashville, The Royal Hounds features one of the city's wildest front men with one of the best guitarists in Nashville. In a world where 2+2 equals 4, the combination of Scott Hinds and Matheus Canteri easily add to six! With their wild showmanship, stage tricks, quirky original songs, and stellar musicianship, it all adds up to the most unique live show around. The Royal Hounds last release, Poker All Night Long saw plenty of success, even charting on the Americana radio charts. Lead singer Scott Hinds spent three years in Vegas in the Tony Award Winning show Million Dollar Quartet, but he is now back home in Tennessee, taking the Royal Hounds across America and across the globe.

Breakout (Austin, TX)

Chubby & The Gang (London, UK)

Comprised of three gents from Gutter Knife and a one Chubby Charles, whose extensive pedigree includes previous Goner releases, Crown Court and Boss, Chubby and the Gang do high energy rock and roll that embraces all the right aspects of the past and present in punk. It boogies as much as it plows, shakes as much as it slugs.

If you don’t know Chubby Charles’ name, you know his work from bands like Crown Court, Arms Race, Violent Reaction, Boss, and others I’m sure. While Chubby & the Gang’s sped-up rock-and-roll riffs will please the ear of any Crown Court fan, this project wades even deeper into pub rock, as you might tell from the Chiswick rip-off labels. In particular, Wilko Johnson from Dr. Feelgood’s manic, agitated guitar style seems to be a big inspiration for the riffing style here. - Goner Records
