I was born in Arizona, and have since lived in New York City, Queens NY, Washington D.C, Portland Oregon, Sandy Oregon, and now LA. I was a fan of Jackson Browne, Tom Petty and other classic rock greats from an extremely early age. My dad had been playing acoustic guitar since before I was born, so for the longest time I knew I would be getting my own some day. I received my first guitar during Christmas in Manhattan at the age of 8, but I progressed extremely slowly and wouldn't learn any real skills until much later.

When I moved to Sandy, Oregon in 2008 something clicked, and I decided to actually make an effort to teach myself some chords. I started out playing Barenaked Ladies songs and Beatles hits, but soon delved into writing my own weird little dissonant chord progressions. It was when I saw an exhibit on Jimi Hendrix at the Seattle Experience Music Project that I really took off, and from then on I knew I had to get an electric guitar.

I have played several open mic nights at places like Chariteas tea shop, the Sandy Historical Society, Goodness Coffeehouse, and Starbucks in Oregon, and I have played at Rock N Roll Pizza at the Westfield Promenade in California. I have opened for slide blues guitarist David Jacobs-Strain at the Meinig Park Amphitheater in Sandy, Oregon, and I have had shows at AntFarm Youth Activism Center and Chariteas tea shop. I occasionally play at the Canoga Park Saturday Market, and I'm currently searching for more venues in the Los Angeles County area.
