Mandi Rae has been singing most of her life and began her love affair with music at an early age. Influenced by her mother's love for Gospel and her father's love for a range of music from Roger Miller to Pink Floyd, she began playing guitar and writing songs at the age of 18. Along the way she has amassed a library of over 40 original songs, 3 full length albums and one E.P., picked up the banjo, harmonica, and a live show that keeps the audience engaged and excited. Michael Smith started playing drums at age 11 in school band. "I remember seeing Animal and Buddy Rich doing a drum battle on The Muppet Show and saying that is what I want to do", he says. For his 12th birthday he got his first drum set. "I got home and set it up as fast as I could and just sat there and stared at it, that's when I knew I was hooked". Michael went on to play just about every style of music from gospel to industrial metal and everything in between. "I didn't really care where or what I was playing. I just knew I wanted to play as much as possible. I've always believed that no matter what instrument you play, the more styles of music you open yourself up to the more it will influence your own style", he says. He has played in many bands all over Texas, the Midwest and the southeast.
